By choosing KLARNA as payment method, you’ll only settle your KLARNA invoice after receiving your purchase (maximum order value of € 1,500.-). When you settle your KLARNA invoice within 14 days, there will be no additional costs associated with your payment.

KLARNA also offers the possibility to pay your invoice in installments. Your KLARNA Invoice will then be changed to a KLARNA Account, which is a finance agreement between you and KLARNA. Please note that in this case, KLARNA will add additional charges to your invoice.

Note 1: when selecting KLARNA as payment method, you’ll enter into a financing agreement with KLARNA and not with Gocashmere. In addition to your Gocashmere invoice, you will also receive a KLARNA invoice. The KLARNA invoice will not be included in your parcel, but will be sent separately by regular post and by email.

Note 2: during the checkout process, KLARNA will verify your creditworthiness by making use of the information you provided. Occasionally, the total order amount can be higher than the credit limit KLARNA has assigned to you. In this case, we recommend you to select a different payment method to finalise your order.

Payment by credit card is simple, fast and secure. You’ll be redirected to our payment provider Adyen via an encrypted connection, where you can enter your credit card details to finalise your payment. We accept the following credit cards:

PayPal

Payment by PayPal is convenient and fast. By connecting your credit card or bank account to your PayPal account, you don’t have to worry anymore about the balance on your PayPal account. No additional fees will be charged when using this payment method.

SOFORT

After completing the checkout process, you will be redirected to our payment provider Adyen to select your preferred payment method. If you have chosen DIRECTebanking (Sofortüberweisung), you will be redirected to https://www.sofort.com/ to enter your payment processing details. After receipt of payment you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

No additional fees will be charged when using this payment method.

Bancontact is the most popular payment method in Belgium. After completing our checkout process, you'll be referred to the website of your own bank where you’ll enter your bank details so your order can be processed. By the way: If you choose Klarna as your payment method, you enter into a financing agreement with Klarna, not with the company Gocashmere. In addition to your Gocashmere bill, you will receive a Klarna bill - you pay this at Klarna. The KLARNA invoice will not be included in your package but will be sent to you separately by post and email.

Furthermore, Klarna will check your creditworthiness during the purchase process using the information you have provided. It may happen that the total amount of your order exceeds the credit limit assigned by Klarna. In this case, we advise you to choose another payment method to complete your order.
